With J.C. Penney's long list of losses, why is this retail company worth a look?

In today's Investor Beat, Chris Hill and Motley Fool analyst Jason Moser take a look at why J.C. Penney is worth watching. J.C. Penney's quarterly reports are due out tomorrow, and Jason thinks this might be an interesting quarter for the onetime retail giant. J.C. Penney's previous quarter saw a 16% drop in same-store sales, and Jason says if the new report isn't as bad as last quarter's results, the stock might move in a favorable direction. Either way, Jason sees J.C. Penney to be a stock to watch.
