The Motley Fool's energy analyst, Taylor Muckerman, recently interviewed Larry Ryan, the business president of energy and water solutions at The Dow Chemical Company (DOW), while at the 2014 Offshore Technology Conference in Houston. Ryan is also the general manager of oil and gas at The Dow Chemical Company, a leading specialty chemical developer.
