America's recent oil boom has been so productive that we now have more oil than domestic refiners can handle -- and some companies, such as Enterprise Products (EPD 0.48%), Continental Resources (CLR), and Pioneer Natural Resources (PXD 0.10%), are eager to start selling their excess elsewhere. Until now that's been impossible, as the United States government banned oil exports four years ago, but things might be changing: As early as August, it will be possible to sell small quantities of a ultralight liquid called condensate abroad. Will this lead to wholesale exports of crude oil in the future?
