The Environmental Protection Agency has been increasingly aggressive about cutting greenhouse gas emissions, something that 70% of Americans support -- even as new regulations begin to affect energy companies, especially coal producers. On Monday, the Supreme Court upheld the EPA's authority to regulate greenhouse gases, but not without chiding it for pursuing an "enormous and transformative expansion" in its own power.
