Google (GOOG 0.37%) (GOOGL 0.35%) has been busy lately expanding its ultra-fast Fiber Internet service in cities around the country, bringing download speeds up to 1 Gbps (about 100 times faster than average download speeds) to homes for just $70 per month. That's caused major Internet service providers, or ISPs, like Comcast, Time Warner Cable and others to make changes to both their Internet speed and pricing.
