More land purchases, new hires, voice-controlled technology, and a possible Apple car company already in business are some of the top rumors over the past month.

It has been nearly two months since I last wrote about all of Apple's (AAPL -1.22%) electric car rumors, but since then, there has been a handful of new developments regarding the company's so-called Project Titan.

Since the end of September, AppleInsider, Reuters, the Silicon Valley Business Journal, and others have published information possibly relating to Apple's future car. The company is busy hiring more engineers with electric drivetrain experience, snatching up companies with autonomous automotive technology, and buying up land that could possibly be used for its electric car offices.

Of course, tethering all of this news to an Apple car is simply speculation at this point, but Apple's recent moves make it very clear the company is interested in the automotive space. Click on the slideshow below to find out more.
