  • Net income of $755 million was aided by $563 million in proceeds from the sale of Google (Nasdaq: GOOG  ) shares. Excluding the sale, EPS would have been $0.13, equal with Street estimates.
  • Revenue after traffic acquisition costs equaled $875.11 million, short of analysts' consensus projection of $881.69 million.
