Submitted creatives must be final and approved by all interested parties:

• We can host images, but generally prefer not to
• Max. num lines & characters: flexible
• Max. num links: flexible
• Sniffer technology: we send multi-part MIME messages; additionally, we break out the lists by format: HTML, plain, and AOL
• Prior to each mail drop the Fool email list will be scrubbed against the partner's updated "do not email" list

With creatives the following mailing details must be submitted:

• Subject Line
• Any other field changes (From, Reply To Addresses, etc)
• Advertiser's physical mailing address MUST be provided in the email
• Advertisers MUST provide a clear opt-out option

Special Offer Specs:

• Subject Line: 65 characters or less, no capitalization
• All emails must have an HTML and Plain text component
• Maximum file size for HTML email: 40K
• Maximum pixel width for HTML email: 600
• No CSS (cascading style sheets), Flash, or Java Script
• All email links are converted to Link Server links (unless requested otherwise; not recommended)
