Amcore Financial Names Sutfin CFO

Amcore Financial Inc. said Tuesday Judith Carre Sutfin will join the regional bank as chief financial officer and executive vice president, effective Dec. 17.
Sutfin, 46, will replace Donald H. Wilson, who was promoted in August to president and chief operating officer. She most recently served as executive vice president and head of business decision support at LaSalle Bank Corp., which was recently acquired by Bank of America.
Shares of Amcore Financial fell 27 cents to $23.14 in extended trading, after advancing 93 cents, or 4.1 percent, to $23.41 in the regular session. The stock has ranged from $21.16 to $34.58 over the past year.
