Chinese online game operator Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd. said Tuesday it has named Grace Wu as chief financial officer.
Wu, previously vice president of strategic investments, takes the role from President Jun Tang, who had been serving as acting CFO.
Wu joined Shanda in October. She previously worked at flat panel display manufacturer AU Optronics Corp.
The Shanghai-based company's American Depositary shares rose 84 cents, or 2.5 percent, to $34.50.
