Argon ST Inc., which makes electronic systems for the U.S. Navy and other military customers, said Thursday it named Aaron Daniels its new chief financial officer, vice president and treasurer.

Daniels, 45, had been serving as chief accounting officer since August 2006. Before joining Argon ST, Daniels served as senior vice president and corporate treasurer at wireless products and services provider InPhonic Inc.

Daniels replaced Vic Sellier, a co-founder of the company who had been CFO and treasurer since July 2005. Sellier, 58, will remain with the company, serving in a new role as executive vice president.

The changes became effective Tuesday.
