Stantec, a Canadian engineering and design consulting company, said Wednesday it intends to acquire two U.S. companies, R.D. Zande in Ohio and Fuller, Mossbarger, Scott & May Engineers in Kentucky.
Financial terms were undisclosed.
Stantec said the company companies will help it expand the U.S. and add more than 600 staffers.
R.D. Zande is a civil and environmental engineering company with over 300 employees and Fuller, Mossbarger, Scott & May focuses on geotechnical engineering.
The deals are expected to close in January.
