B/E Aerospace Inc., which makes aircraft seats and other cabin products, on Monday raised its earnings expectation for the full-year, but the prediction still fell under Wall Street's expectations.
The company now expects to earn $2.29 per share for 2008, compared with a previous expectation of $2.25 per share.
B/E maintained its revenue prediction of $2 billion for the year.
Analysts predict a profit of $2.33 per share on revenue of $2.06 billion.
For the first quarter, the company expects a profit of 48 cents per share to 50 cents per share.
Analysts currently expect the company to earn 52 cents per share for the quarter.
