NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of drug maker Wyeth rose Wednesday after an analyst upgraded the stock two notches, to "Strong Buy," saying the stock has become inexpensive because of delays in approval for Wyeth's drug candidate Pristiq.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares in BankUnited Financial Corp. fell sharply Wednesday after the bank disclosed an increase in bad loans in January, prompting an analyst downgrade.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of Greek drybulk shipper OceanFreight Inc. surged more than 10 percent Wednesday after it reported fourth-quarter results that beat analysts' expectations.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of Dynegy Inc. rose Wednesday after Citi Investment Research upgraded the power producer to "Buy," saying investors have overlooked the stock and already priced in the effect of a recession.

NEW YORK (AP) _ The sudden resignation of Cooper Cos. Chief Financial Officer Steven M. Neil raised concerns over the contact lens maker's stability and sank shares Wednesday.
