Simpson Manufacturing Sets Dividend

Simpson Manufacturing Co. announced Tuesday that its board on Feb. 13 set a quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share.

The venting systems and fasteners maker said the dividend is payable April 24 to shareholders of record as of April 3.
