Biolase Technology Inc., a dental laser company, and Henry Schein Inc., a healthcare-product distributor, said Friday they renewed their multiyear distribution agreement.
The companies have worked together for about a year. Under terms of the new deal, Biolase sales and service organizations will work with Henry Schein to market, sell and service Biolase dental laser system products.
Henry Schein remains exclusive distributor of the complete line of Biolase dental laser systems, accessories and services in the U.S. and Canada.
The contract calls for some commitments to sales and marketing investments and milestones and performance guidelines.
