Continental Resources SVP Sells Shares

A senior vice president of oil and natural gas exploration and production company Continental Resources Inc. sold 14,325 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Tom E. Luttrell reported selling the shares on Tuesday for $28.12 to $28.27 apiece.

Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.

Continental Resources is based in Enid, Okla.
