The executive chairman of machinery maker Gardner Denver Inc. sold 100,000 shares of common stock, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Ross J. Centanni reported selling the shares on Monday for $38.50 to $38.86 apiece.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
