KKR Financial Prices Stock Offering

Financial services firm KKR Financial Holdings LLC said Wednesday evening it priced a public offering of 30 million common shares at $11.85 per share.

The price is six cents below than Wednesday's closing price of $11.91.

Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment, acquisitions, capital expenditures and investments in subsidiaries.

The stock offer is expected to be completed April 8. KKR currently has about 116.3 million shares outstanding.
