WNS Holdings Buys Call 24/7 for $16M

Indian outsourcing services provider WNS Holdings Ltd. on Monday said it acquired Call 24/7 Ltd., a U.K. auto insurance claims-processing services provider.

WNS bought all shares of Chang Ltd., which operates Call 24/7, for 8 million pounds ($16 million). WNS will also pay an earn-out of up to 1.6 million pounds ($3.2 million), based on performance metrics.

WNS will integrate the company into WNS Assistance, a unit of WNS Global Services Ltd. U.K. The acquisition allows the company to expand its position in accident claims management in the U.K.
