Investment management company Ares Capital Corp. said Tuesday it expects to report first-quarter net income of 6 cents per share to 15 cents per share.
The company predicts adjusted earnings, before one-time charges, of 35 cents per share to 37 cents per share.
Analysts, who typically exclude one-time items from their estimates, expect a profit of 37 cents per share. Of the nine analysts surveyed by Thomson Financial, forecasts range from 33 cents per share to 40 cents per share.
Ares Capital expects to report net asset value per share of $15.10 to $15.19.
