CA names Arthur Weinbach to board, bringing it to 12 members

Management software company CA Inc. said Tuesday it has named Arthur F. Weinbach to its board, bringing the number of its directors to 12.

Weinbach, 64, serves as executive chairman of Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc., a provider of clearing and outsourcing services to the financial services industry. He previously was chairman and chief executive of payroll and tax-filing processor Automatic Data Processing Inc.

CA's shares were unchanged at $21.67 in morning trading.
