Management software company CA Inc. said Wednesday it will move its stock exchange listing to the Nasdaq Global Select Market from the New York Stock Exchange, effective April 28.
The company said its shares will still be traded under the ticker symbol "CA."
CA said the Nasdaq was "best aligned with our company's growth strategy."
CA shares fell 17 cents to $22.15 in after-hours trading. During regular trading, shares rose 58 cents to close at $22.32.
