Cheniere Energy CFO sells 432,540 shares

The senior vice president and chief financial officer of oil and gas transportation and storage company Cheniere Energy Partners LP sold 432,540 shares of common stock, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings Thursday.

In Form 4s filed with the SEC, Don A. Turkleson reported he sold the shares Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for $10.35 to $14.07 each.

Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.

Cheniere is based in Houston.
