FormFactor Inc. said Friday that a South Korean court dismissed its patent infringement claims against South Korea-based Phicom Corp.

FormFactor sued Phicom in the U.S. and in South Korea in 2004, claiming the company infringed its patents on wafer test products.

A written decision is due from the court within three weeks. FormFactor said it will evaluate the possible impact on other Korean infrigements proceedings after that.

FormFactor shares rose 36 cents to $19.46 in morning trading.
