Wolverine World Wide Inc. named Don Grimes senior vice president and chief financial officer, the branded clothing wholesaler said Tuesday.
Wolverine, whose brands include Merrell, Sebago and Hush Puppies, said Grimes, 45, will take up his post at the end of May. He most recently served as CFO of Keystone Automotive Operations Inc.
In October, the company said CFO Stephen Gulis would become president of its global operations group when current head Arthur G. Croci retires in 2008, but would retain the CFO position until a replacement was named.
