The chairman and chief executive of Cheniere Energy Partners LP, which operates onshore liquefied natural gas terminals and related pipelines, sold 140,000 common units, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Friday, Charif Souki reported he sold the units April 17 for $10.80 to $10.88 apiece.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
