The president of global operations at Premiere Global Services Inc., which provides business communication services, exercised options for 85,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Monday.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Travis Lee Provow reported he exercised options for the shares Thursday for $6.13 apiece and then sold the same number of them the same day for $14.50 to $14.84 apiece.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
Premiere Global is based in Atlanta.
