Fuel Tech names John Graham CFO, replacing resigning Arnone

Fuel Tech Inc., a combustion technology and engineering services company, said Wednesday it appointed John P. Graham as chief financial officer and treasurer, effective June 1.

Graham, 42, is replacing Vincent J. Arnone, who is resigning for personal reasons, the company said.

Fuel Tech said Arnone will stay on with the company in a consulting role as special assistant to the chief executive from June 1 through Sept. 30.

Graham most recently served as CFO for Hub International Ltd.

Fuel Tech shares fell 60 cents, or 2.3 percent, to close at $25.70.
