Shares of many agricultural chemical companies rose on Thursday, following Wall Street higher as investors found comfort in lower oil prices and a rising U.S. dollar.
On Wednesday, the Federal Reserve lowered key interest rates by a quarter-point to monitor inflation, which gave the dollar a boost.
