Fifth Third Bancorp CFO Marshall resigns

Financial Services company Fifth Third Bancorp said Friday that its Chief Financial Officer Christopher G. Marshall has resigned after two years with the company.

Fifth Third's vice president and controller Daniel T. Poston will serve as interim CFO until a successor is named, the company said in statement.

Fifth Third shares closed Friday at $22.65.
