Hotel and leisure company Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. said Tuesday it has appointed Thomas E. Clarke to the board of directors.
Clarke, 56, is currently president of new business ventures at Nike Inc.
Starwood shares gained 66 cents to $54.05 in afternoon trading.
