WASHINGTON (AP) _ Educational software company Blackboard Inc. on Wednesday raised its full-year forecast, but predicted second-quarter profit below Wall street estimates.

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. (AP) _ Diversified manufacturer TriMas Corp. on Wednesday backed a full-year profit prediction ahead of current Wall Street predictions.

MAUMEE, Ohio (AP) _ The Andersons Inc., a diversified company involved in agriculture, railcars and retail, on Wednesday projected full-year earnings above Wall Street forecasts.
