Charlotte Russe hires Ann Taylor executive

Women's apparel retailer Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. said Monday it named Sandra Tillett senior vice president of store operations, effective immediately.

Tillett was previously senior vice president for stores for Ann Taylor.

Charlotte Russe could not immediately be reached about who Tillett replaces.

Shares rose 66 cents, or 4 percent, to $17.20 during late-day trading.
