Major Internet stocks mostly rose with the broader market Wednesday morning, with IAC/InterActiveCorp gaining more than others after resolving a legal skirmish with key shareholder Liberty Media Corp. related to spinoffs of several IAC units.

How key Internet companies performed Wednesday morning:

IAC/InterActiveCorp rose 70 cents, or 3 percent, to $23.70.

Yahoo Inc. fell 12 cents to $26.44.

Google Inc. rose $4.88 to $587.88.

EBay Inc. rose 34 cents to $31.75.

Amazon.com Inc. rose 29 cents to $74.85.
