Global Industries names Jeffrey B. Levos as CFO

Global Industries Ltd., which provides offshore construction services to the oil and gas industry, on Thursday named Jeffrey B. Levos as chief financial officer and as a senior vice president, effective May 27.

Levos' most recent post was as vice president, finance and chief accounting officer.

Global Industries shares fell 7 cents to $18.93 in after-hours trading, after finishing regular trading down 24 cents at $19.
