GLENVIEW, Ill. (AP) _ Diversified machinery manufacturer Illinois Tool Works Inc. on Thursday forecast second-quarter income within range of analyst estimates, but its full-year guidance missed expectations.

THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. (AP) _ Arctic Cat Inc. said Thursday that it expects to return to profitability in fiscal 2009 and projected profit and sales above current Wall Street predictions.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of Ctrip.com International Ltd. plunged Thursday after Chinese travel Web site operator lowered its second-quarter outlook, primarily because of the earthquake that struck western China Monday.
