Broader markets also declined slightly a worries over rising oil prices outweighed a surprise jump in April home construction data.

Shares of AllState Corp. slipped 46 cents to $50.07
Shares of bond insurer Assured Guaranty Ltd. fell 25 cnets to $24.57
Shares of mortgage insurer PMI Group Inc. dipped 22 cents, or 3.6 percent, to $5.94
