Opening Glance: Investment banks

Shares of investment banks fell Friday morning as broader markets declined amid concern surrounding oil prices reaching a new record.

How shares of major investment banks fared:

Bear Stearns Cos. fell 11 cents to $10.21.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. fell $1.48 to $187.14.

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. fell 61 cents to $44.16.

Merrill Lynch & Co. fell 69 cents to $49.28.

Morgan Stanley fell 32 cents to $47.39.
