Outsourcing and consulting firm Accenture Ltd. said Monday it will buy ATAN, a privately held information technology firm based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Accenture is purchasing the firm to continue its expansion into automation and industrial IT services worldwide, the company said in a statement.
The deal is expected to close within two months.
Shares of Accenture rose 32 cents to $38.60 in premarket trading.
