NightHawk Radiology names David Sankaran CFO

Radiology services provider NightHawk Radiology Holdings Inc. said Monday that David M. Sankaran has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Sankaran most recently served as senior vice president and CFO of Accelrys Inc., a scientific software company.

NightHawk shares fell 5 cents to close at $7.50. Shares added 6 cents to $7.56 in after-hours trading.
