Oneok Partners gets new president, COO

Oneok Inc., a diversified energy company, said Monday James Kneale has assumed the additional responsibility of serving as president and chief operating officer of Oneok Partners.

The position was previously held by John W. Gibson, chief executive officer of Oneok, and chairman and CEO of ONEOK Partners, to whom Kneale will continue to report.

Oneok Inc. owns a 47.7 percent stake in Oneok Partners.

Kneale, 56, currently serves as president and COO of Oneok Inc.

Also, Oneok Inc. promoted Pierce H. Norton II, 48, and Terry Spencer, 49, to executive vice president.

Shares of Oneok Inc. added 19 cents to $50.66 in Monday morning trading. Shares of Oneok Partners rose 34 cents to $63.93.
