The senior vice president of supply-chain management for medical testing system maker Beckman Coulter Inc. exercised options for 1,550 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Monday.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Pamela A. Miller reported exercising the options on Thursday for $28.68 apiece and then selling 2,279 shares on the same day for $68.85 to $68.91 apiece.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
Beckman Coulter is based in Fullerton, Calif.
