Flagstone Reinsurance sets quarterly dividend of 4 cents

Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. said Tuesday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 4 cents.

The Bermuda-based insurer and reinsurer said the dividend is payable June 10 to shareholders of record May 30.
