Spartan Stores sets quarterly dividend of 5 cents

Spartan Stores Inc. said Tuesday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 5 cents.

The grocery distributor and supermarket operator said the dividend is payable June 16 to shareholders of record June 2.
