ScanSource CEO agrees to stay through 2011

ScanSource Inc., which makes barcode machines and other electronic equipment, said Wednesday that its chief executive, Mike Baur, signed an agreement with the company effective June 30 to extend his employment through the end of June 2011.

Baur will also continue on as a member of the company's board.

The company said it also entered amended and restated employment agreements with Chief Financial Officer Rich Cleys for another three-year term.
