NEW YORK (AP) _ ATC Technology Corp., a vehicle remanufacturing and logistics company previously known as Aftermarket Technology Corp., has reaffirmed its full-year 2008 guidance, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Wednesday.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Conn's Inc. reduced its 2009 earnings outlook on Wednesday, after reporting that first-quarter earnings fell as the specialty retailer took a charge related to its securitized assets.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) _ Home-furnishings retailer Williams-Sonoma Inc. predicted second-quarter and full-year revenue will be lower than previously expected due to a weak economic environment.
