DELAWARE, Ohio (AP) _ Industrial packaging company Greif Inc. Wednesday raised its profit outlook for the year after reporting a surge in its fiscal second-quarter profit.

NORCROSS, Ga. (AP) _ Blood-testing equipment maker Immucor Inc. expects its $117 million buyout of molecular diagnostics systems maker BioArray Solutions Ltd. to cut into its fiscal 2009 profit.

COLUMBIA, Md. (AP) _ Martek Biosciences Corp., which sells nutritional oils and dietary supplements, on Wednesday offered third-quarter guidance in the range of Wall Street estimates.
