Navigant CFO to resign; replacement search begins

Consulting firm Navigant Consulting Inc. said Monday it is searching for a new chief financial officer after the current officeholder announced plans to resign.
Scott Krenz, who also serves as executive vice president, plans to leave the company for a CFO position elsewhere on Aug. 1.
Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer David Wartner was named interim CFO, effective upon Krenz's departure. He joined the company in May 2006.
