NEW YORK (AP) _ Shares of Annaly Capital Management fell in premarket trading Wednesday after a JPMorgan analyst downgraded the real estate investment trust on valuation.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Alcoa Inc. shares fell in premarket trading Wednesday as a JPMorgan analyst said the company is not planning to sell itself or spin off part of its business _ a move that will leave Wall Street "very disappointed."

NEW YORK (AP) _ An analyst said he expects shares of Quality Systems Inc. to make smaller gains, a day after the medical and dental software provider said its fiscal fourth-quarter income was in line with Wall Street Estimates.
